About our Building
There are only 16 units here, not a big complex to deal with. There are 4 separate buildings with 4 units a piece. We don't have issues with big crowds and noisy gatherings that a large complex deals with when it comes to short term rentals.
We have several people that reside here full time, embracing tiny home living. We have a few short term rental units. This is an excellent investment property. The short term rental (Airb&B, VRBO, etc) stay full most of the time. The remaining units are being enjoyed by their owners for family and friend get away time.
There is a strong and well funded HOA that is professionally managed, we believe in saving for our projects.
